While vehicles may be rated for a maximum number of passengers, true comfort is achieved with fewer people than the listed capacity. Industry standards allow approximately 18 inches of seating space per person, which means comfort decreases significantly as capacity is reached.
As a general guideline, the larger the vehicle, the more passengers should be subtracted from the maximum capacity to ensure a comfortable ride. This applies to all limousines and party buses in the United States, not just ours—however, not every Chicago party bus rental company will explain this clearly. We believe in transparency from the beginning so you can make the best decision for your wedding day.
